Due to continued growth and expansion, my client a large, successful employer based in the Preston area are looking to recruit an ambitious, professional and customer focused candidate to join their team. You will be joining a fantastic working environment and will be working in beautiful, modern offices.

Hours: 9 – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Dealing with high volumes of incoming calls from existing client / customers
  • Discussing services available with customers, ensuring the best packages for their requirements / needs
  • Building relationships with customers, whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Handling website enquiries and following up accordingly
  • Arranging appointments where necessary
  • Completing financial services paperwork and administration
  • Updating various internal systems and spreadsheets

To be successful within this role you will have the ability to liaise with people at all levels, identifying and adapting to their needs, be driven, have strong attention to detail and have the ability to listen and empathise whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
