Job Title: Customer Service Operative

 

Job Location: Crewe

 

Start Date: ASAP

 

Contract Duration: 6 months

 

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week – 8am-5pm

 

Days of Work: Monday to Friday, with a 1-in-4 Saturday rota – 9-5pm

 

Work Format: Office based

 

Hourly Rate: £11.72ph

 

Duties:

 

Managing high volumes of inbound calls

Responding to emails and live chats from clients

Providing customers with updates on their orders/products

Placing and processing orders over the phone

Carrying out data input of customer information

Providing information on products and services

Experience:

 

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have a minimum of 6 months office-based customer service experience, a confident and outgoing manner, and great written and verbal communication skills. If you enjoy providing the best customer service and enjoy working with a busy team this could be the job for you!
