Customer Service Manager. Kearsley. £28k. Full time hours Mon to Fri – alternate weeks of 7.45am – 4.15pm and 9am – 5.30pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor ( call centre supervision background ideally ) to manage a team of 6 Helpdesk Advisers. Duties will include;

  • Conducting 1 to 1’s with staff
  • Coaching and providing daily support to new and existing members of the team
  • Report and recording of holidays and sickness
  • Monitoring daily call numbers into the department and ensuring KPI’s are hit and investigating if not
  • Carrying out appraisals at set times
  • Dealing with escalated issues and complaints

To be successful, you will have previous experience overseeing and motivating a team, be professional at all times and have excellent communication skills.
