CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – LIVERPOOL (L3) – PERMANENT – £25,850 – £28,790 DOE
Established in 2008, my client within the event industry is looking to recruit a confident, professional Customer Service Manager with excellent communication skills and experience liaising with people at all levels.
Key duties will include:
- Managing the day to day operations of the customer service department
- Administration of sales
- Reviewing the service and making recommendations for improvement
- Producing reports
- Conducting monthly analysis
- Setting and meeting agreed performance targets
- Managing performance issues
- Monitoring incoming calls and produce call statistics
- Maintaining employee files
- Compiling staff rotas
- Holding staff reviews
- Monitoring targets
