Established in 2008, my client within the event industry is looking to recruit a confident, professional Customer Service Manager with excellent communication skills and experience liaising with people at all levels.


Key duties will include:

  • Managing the day to day operations of the customer service department
  • Administration of sales
  • Reviewing the service and making recommendations for improvement
  • Producing reports
  • Conducting monthly analysis
  • Setting and meeting agreed performance targets
  • Managing performance issues
  • Monitoring incoming calls and produce call statistics
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Compiling staff rotas
  • Holding staff reviews
  • Monitoring targets
