CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES COORDINATOR – PERMANENT – NANTWICH – £22,800
We are supporting a local supply company with the recruitment of a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-12pm, you’ll be joining a fun and friendly office with free onsite parking and a holiday entitlement which increases with service!
Daily duties as a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator will include:
- Account management of specific customers’ accounts and sales reps
- Raising and processing customer orders and relevant purchase orders
- Liaising with the production and logistics departments to gain lead times
- Assisting transport team with routing, calling customers/reps to plan delivery dates
- Ensuring efficient and effective telephone and email communications are provided
- Entering and continually updating accurate and relevant customer information
- Sending out sample products to potential customers
- Logging customer comments/complaints in a professional and positive manner
Ideally you’ll have some office experience, have clear communication skills, be proactive, keen to succeed and build effective business relationships. You must have excellent written and numerical skills, good time management and organisation abilities.
