Customer Service Advisor              Liverpool City Centre              £22,500

Forrest Recruitment Liverpool are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a very well-established organisation based in the Liverpool City Centre

Joining a small and dynamic team you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with existing customers via the telephone and email
  • Front of house providing great customer service via telephone and face to face
  • Responding to sales enquiries
  • Hosting events and supporting with marketing for company
  • Inputting information into internal CRM system
  • Liaising with maintenance department and organising any repairs

Skills required: Proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills and proficient using Microsoft packages.

Working hours: Operating between 9am-8pm (9am-5:30pm/11:30am-8pm)

Monday – Saturday (2 Saturday shifts a month)

Free parking on site plus other benefits offered including 23 days holidays plus bank holidays per annum.
