Job Overview


Our client is a successful, national employer who are looking for some temporary support in their call centre to assist with a busy period.  Joining a busy, fast paced department the role will involve;


  • Handling high volumes of incoming calls from existing business customers
  • Dealing with issues and complaints relating to the services provided by the company
  • Logging queries onto the CRM database and passing through to the relevant person


You will be confident dealing with approx.… 70 calls per day and remaining calm under pressure.
