Based in the heart of Crewe, within walking distance from the station, we have a great opportunity for a passionate customer service candidate to join a busy, and highly successful business in the local area. Our client offers free onsite parking, enhanced holidays and company discounts!

This role will include working 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday as will see your daily duties will include manging incoming calls from customers, processing customer orders, providing guidance on stock and products, liaising with suppliers and despatching goods when collected by couriers. You will also get the chance to interact with customers visiting the site and respond to their enquiries in person.

This role will need you to have previous customer service or office experience, be able to deal with clients in a sensitive and compassionate manner and have an eye for detail. Working on their in-house database system you’ll need good IT skills and be able to manage high volumes of data.
