Customer Service Admin, Congleton, Temp to Perm, ASAP, £11.30-12.30ph doe

We are seeking a candidate to join our client who can offer an immediate start within their busy and ever-growing office.

Supporting clients across the UK this role will manage both relationships and orders.

Daily duties will include:

  • Managing customers’ orders, checking art work is correct
  • Updating customers on statuses of orders
  • Liaising with customers over artwork approval
  • Working with the branding manager over timescale and turnaround times
  • Taking photo visuals of products
  • Creating visual sign off adobe sign documents
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams (warehouse & sales)
  • Dealing with deadlines on a daily basis
  • Ability to prioritise and manage no fail delivery dates

You will need to have proven customer service experience, have a strong admin background, be able to build relationships, manage deadlines and thrive under pressure! Our client offers a fun working environment and the chance to build a successful career!
