Customer Care Coordinator Warrington (WA3) £26k – £29,500 DOE

Our client who are a well-recognised and leading homebuilders, are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join them, working in an established team – based in their modern offices based in Birchwood.

This role will be employed initially as a 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential to lead to a permanent role after this period.

Duties of the role:

  • Handling high volumes of customer complaints, working to preventing escalations
  • Managing a busy shared email outlook
  • Prioritising customer complaints and requests
  • Raising defects on to the system
  • Allocating work to a team of 9 site operatives and chasing up accordingly
  • Continuously working with customers to keep informed and updated
  • Undertaking post-completion satisfaction calls to customers
  • Updating weekly reports

Experience required:

  • The successful candidate MUST have proven experience working for a construction/homebuilders company
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong team player
