CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR  – BIRCHWOOD – UP TO 26K DOE – PERMANENT

 

Seeking to recruit a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to join a well-established homebuilders based in Birchwood.

 

Key duties;

 

  • Answering calls and emails from customers regarding their property warranty periods, ensuring their queries are answered and resolved within the agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring all Customer Care internal courtesy calls are made, and the time frame is adhered too
  • Planning and allocating work to Customer Service Technicians/Sub Contractors.
  • Logging defects accurately onto the in house system
  • Maintaining accurate and concise records of all repairs, solutions and notes/comments
  • Liaising with internal departments where necessary
  • Maintaining regular communications/updates with the customers
  • Processing visit reports following internal visits, issue task instructions for Customer Service Operatives and subcontractors.

 

Skills required;

  • Experience of working as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working within the construction or house building sector is essential for this role
