Customer Care Co-ordinator Birchwood up to £25k DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer care co-ordinator to join a well-established homebuilders based in Birchwood.
Core duties include:
- Answering incoming Customer calls regarding properties
- Logging and allocation of reported defects
- Email management
- Handling complaints from customers
- Progressing and chasing defects
- Working to deadlines
- Liaising with customers regarding survey completion
Skills required:
- A self-starter, highly motivated candidate who can prioritise workload and remain organised!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel
