Customer Care Administrator Warrington £12ph
A prestigious homebuilder who are based in Warrington, are seeking to recruit a temporary Customer Care Administrator to join them, to help assist through a holiday period for 4 weeks.
Duties of the role:
- Answering inbound customer phone calls regarding properties.
- Logging and allocation of reported defects.
- Handling complaints from customers.
- Building relationships with subcontractors.
Skills required- proven Customer Services experience working within Property/Construction, good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook and excellent communication skills!
