Customer Account Administrator                     Altrincham    c£25,000doe




A leading national retailer, require a proven customer service professional with proven Account Management experience or looking to step into this field and manage key accounts.


Key duties will include:

  • Liaising with your dedicated customer base, receiving their orders and queries regarding supply chain issues
  • Processing orders, responding to customer enquiries via telephone and emails
  • Keeping customers informed of any shortfall in quantities or order delays and any faults in products or supply chain issues
  • Ensuring customer data is up to date at all times
  • Monitoring dormant/non-shifting stock
  • Ensuring customer samples contracts are sent to customers in a timely manner
  • Creating and maintaining product ranges on the businesses web page and various platforms
