YOUR NEW ROLE
Due to continued growth and internal progression, my client are seeking an experienced credit collections candidate to join the department. Joining a vibrant and friendly team and reporting to the Collections Manager you will be responsible for your own ledger of defaulted goods that will be between 1-60 day arrears. Daily duties will involve dealing with returned direct debit payments, liaising with customers and securing alternative payments, making decisions with regards to stopping and releasing accounts and maintaining strong business relationships. Within this role is an opportunity to qualify for a monthly commission scheme.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful candidate will have previous credit control/collections experience as well as a confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all levels, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and a team player.
