This exceedingly successful and well- established business who provide high-end products to corporate businesses throughout the UK are seeking a customer focused Administrator to join their Customer Service team. Due to internal movement, they are seeking a candidate who can act as a Corporate Client Administrator to manage the administration of orders between businesses and the internal teams.


Daily duties will include:

  • Managing customers’ orders that are having branding added (company logos etc.)
  • Updating customers on statuses of orders
  • Liaising with customers to approve bespoke products
  • Liaising with the branding manager over timescale and turnaround times
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, such as the warehouse & sales teams
  • Working to tight deadlines on a daily basis


The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, be extremely well organised, comfortable working in a team environment and have previous administration experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience of using various systems including MS Office.  Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with free on-site parking.
