Job Overview


Due to a recent promotion within the company, our client is seeking for a well organised, proactive Contracts Administrator to support with construction projects. You will be joining a friendly team of 12.

Main duties:

  • Booking in jobs
  • Loading jobs onto their systems
  • Calling and emailing confirmation to customers
  • Keeping any changes to appointments updated
  • Contacting customers to advise of changes to dates and times of appointments

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-4:30pm

The ideal individual will have previous administration experience, be able to work under pressure and will be keen to learn.
