Working with a global local business we are seeking a candidate with people management experience to provide maternity cover for 12-18months at their offices based in Northwich. Overseeing the collections team of 8 you will be providing training and development support to the team, experience in collections/credit control not essential.

Duties will include:

  • Leading, managing and motivating staff to hit targets
  • Support with resolving complex customer disputes
  • Reporting on the teams output and productivity
  • To drive continuous improvements within the team
  • Support with the collection of outstanding payments and all supporting administrative tasks and associated with

This role requires a candidate with proven people management experience of 4 years, confident and articulate communications skills, an assertive yet approachable character and the drive to lead a team to achieve the best results. Ideally you will come from customer service or a finance focused management role and be able to commit to the duration of the role. Salary bracket is dependent on experience.
