Client Administrator      £24,000 + Bonus    Nantwich

Forrest Recruitment are working alongside a well-regarded, family run business, who have been established for over 30 years. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join a team of 4 to provide support to the financial advisors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for clients throughout the application process
  • Providing support to the financial advisors
  • Manage calls and email enquiries
  • Liaise with various contacts such as lenders, solicitors and estate agents
  • Managing a case load of approximately 50 applications at one time (once fully trained)
  • Regular contact with clients regarding the process of their application and chase for any missing information
  • Compiling invoices and producing reports on a regular basis
