Our client is the UK’s leading company in their field who are growing from strength to strength and are needing to recruit a team of 5 temps due to expansion and extra workload. They are renowned for being a fantastic employer who really look after their staff and offer amazing ongoing training/development, along with an excellent benefits package. Joining a large, professional and modern open plan office, the role involves:

  • Managing a case load of 150-200 cases and ensuring that all customer queries and administration tasks are dealt with efficiently
  • Processing financial applications from receipt to completion
  • Inputting customer and financial data/documentation using the bespoke system and Microsoft packages
  • Liaising with third parties such as Solicitors and Insurance Brokers to gain additional information and ensure the application progresses smoothly
  • Updating and maintaining data using Excel spreadsheets
  • Working to service level agreements on completing tasks in your caseload and accuracy targets on work processed

The successful candidate will be have accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner/the ability to liaise with people at all levels. The company are looking for ambitious, motivated characters and there are real temp-perm opportunities with this growing organisation!
