PART-TME BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – KNUTSFORD – UPTO £12.50ph – 24 hours a week – PERMANENT

 

This exceedingly well established Managed Service Provider who provide IT support services to their clients are seeking a Business Administrator / Accounts Assistant to support the small team and work closely with the Managing Director.

This role will suit an excellent organiser who loves spreadsheets and number crunching, who can think on their feet, who enjoys variety and supporting across all administrative areas:-

  • Prep of figures for monthly client billing
  • Managing purchasing and consolidating costs
  • Managing contracts for clients and suppliers
  • Providing a great first-impression by supporting the service desk team with phone enquiries
  • Provide account management and customer satisfaction
  • Manage all office procedures
  • Prepare and submit monthly client reports
  • Deal with invoice queries
  • Support with projects as required
  • Order hardware and other materials for projects

 

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate with company benefits including free parking, free onsite gym membership, company pension scheme, 20 days holiday + bank holidays(pro-rata). Ideally the role will be to work across 3 days a week, a maximum of 24 hours – flexibility for the right person is available.
