BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR – BOLTON – 6 MONTH FTC – C£11P/H – START ASAP
This successful company based in the centre of Bolton are seeking a confident, professional Administrator to join their team on a 6 month FTC basis.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE INVOLVE:
- Providing admin support to and working closely with the Business Manager and HR Manager
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ordering supplies
- Inputting data onto in-house systems
- Supporting with the sending out of offer letters, notes from disciplinaries etc
- Arranging interviews
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE MUST HAVE:
- 6-12 months office based experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
