My client is a well-known name in the communications field – a fantastic company who are growing from strength-to-strength. Due to consistent growth, they are in need of a Billing Manager to come and head up the billing function. You will not be managing staff directly but will be more in charge of the entire billing process. You will report into the Finance Director and will be undertaking an integral role in the business.

Your key duties will include:

  • Completing the monthly billing cycle
  • Raising and checking of invoices
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any billing enquiries
  • Handling and resolving any complex billing requirements for certain clients
  • Sorting and allocating of incoming payments
  • Working on specialist in-house system and ensuring the program is fully operational

The successful candidate will be;

  • An experienced Billing Assistant
  • Extremely IT competent with strong Excel skills
  • Results driven
  • Accurate and trustworthy
