Administrator                      Knowsley                     up to £25,000 DOE


Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a well-established construction business who are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the team.

Working Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm.



Reporting into the Office Manager, the role responsibilities are:


  • Responsible for all administrative functions of the office – including file management, general correspondence & documentation.
  • Co-ordinating and managing office supplies.
  • Processing PO’s
  • Organising and scheduling meetings
  • Maintaining and updating company databases
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail – packages and deliveries
  • Managing and maintaining office equipment
  • Providing all round administrative support to the office.


Skills required:


  • Proven work experience working within administration – Essential.
  • Experience working with construction – Desirable.
  • Proficient in using MS office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills



There is free parking available on site. They offer 25 days holidays + bank holidays.
