Administrator / Receptionist. Swinton. £24k + excellent benefits!

**This is a fully office based role. No hybrid or working from home option**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and successful company going through a period of growth and expansion in an Administration/Reception capacity where you will be providing varied and crucial support to the team. Based in modern and spacious offices, your duties will include;

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in and making refreshments
  • Answering and fielding calls along with query handling
  • Confirming appointments over the phone and updating the system
  • Inputting and raising invoices using Sage ( training will be given )
  • High volumes of data entry onto the inhouse database
  • Using Excel on a daily basis ( must be confident to use )
