Administrator            Irlam                £26,500

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join an award-winning organisation based in Irlam (M44). This role will be providing administrative support to the Invoicing & Customer Services departments!

Working hours – 8am -5pm

Role responsibilities:

  • Update in-house company database and SalesForce
  • Reviewing and process invoices from site deliveries.
  • Verifying accuracy of invoices against service contracts and purchase orders
  • Resolving any discrepancies or issues with invoices
  • Inputting invoice data into the accounting system
  • Monitoring and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Maintaining organised records of invoices and payments
  • Assist in generating financial reports related to invoicing
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding invoicing queries
  • Assisting with preparing and sending out customer returns
  • Provide operational and administrative support which include day to day administration tasks, answering inbound calls and emails, generation of quotations and following them through to order stage and the handling of any complaints and acting on them accordingly.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communicator who can liaise at all levels
  • Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines & deliver work in a fast paced finance environment
  • High attention to detail, excellent at multitasking and highly organised
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and can do attitude
