Job Overview

Administrator. Horwich. Immediate start. 6 months. £11.50 per hour. Wed- Friday

Working 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday 9am – 5pm, you will be providing Administration support to the team. Duties to include;

  • Collating information and putting together packs for customers and sending out
  • Answering the telephone – taking messages and query handling
  • Responding to emails
  • Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Ensuring that the training room is kept tidy and well equipped

To be successful, you will have good strong Administration skills, a confident telephone manner and be able to commit to the hours above on a long term temporary basis
