We have the opportunity to join a small admin office within one of our Northwich based clients on a temporary to permanent basis. Our client is ideally seeking a competent administrator or a recent graduate keen to kick start their office career.

This role will see you starting with general admin tasks such as updating documents, filing and archiving as you learn about the business over the first few weeks before you begin;

  • Processing client orders via their accounting system,
  • Supporting with invoicing, ensuring everything is logged correctly,
  • Updating internal CRM systems,
  • Responding to calls, emails and general enquiries to the department,
  • Logging deliveries in and out,

The ideal candidate needs to be need to be a quick learner with a good knowledge of excel, a confident telephone manner and be a team player.
