A successful and established business who provide legal expertise to various sectors are seeking a secretary to join their support team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple solicitors across the office, primarily based on reception in a quiet office.

Daily duties will include:

  • Acting as front of house to meet and greet clients
  • Managing incoming call and enquiries, transferring calls to relevant department
  • Supporting multiple fee earners with administrative duties
  • Audio dictation/typing
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Managing client enquiries
  • Large amounts of administration, covering filing, diary management, scanning, post and updating client files

The successful candidate will have proven legal secretary experience, must have the ability to multi-task and good communication is key due to working across multiple fee earners.

Monday to Friday (36.25 hours)
