My client is a well-established property and facility management and auctioneers who are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Secretary join their Manchester office to provide exclusive support to their team.

Duties will include:

  • Providing secretarial support to the surveying, property management and valuations teams
  • Typing valuation reports, letters, and new business presentations
  • Maintenance of the company website including uploading all sale adverts and auction notices
  • Sending emails via Mail Chimp
  • Booking accommodation and travel /Assisting with events
  • Answering all incoming calls regarding assets and liaising with clients
  • Post handling and franking mail
  • Undertaking administration duties on files
  • Updating diary records


You must be motivated, driven and have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to take ownership of their own workload. You will need excellent typing skills and outstanding attention to detail. An amazing opportunity for someone with a great background as an Admin Assistant/ Secretary.
