A new opportunity has arisen in a management and property consultants based in Prescott. They specialise in consultancy, building surveillance and health and safety. Due to movement within an offices, they are looking for a new administrative assistant to join a well-established team.
YOUR NEW ROLE!
In this new Administration Assistant role you will be responsible supporting the for the technical teams with scanning, photocopying, meeting and greeting, answering calls and queries, ordering stationery, booking travel, organising meeting rooms, copy typing long documents such as contracts, and managing expenses. The company offers free parking on site with the option to purchase extra holidays on top of the 25 already offered.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?
The ideal candidate will be computer literate with skills in both Microsoft Word and Excel. You must also be professional with an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, and be able to fit into an already established team. It is required that you have 2+ years’ experience within a similar role.
