We are supporting a local supply business with the recruitment of an Administration Assistant, on a full-time basis working 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday from their office on the outskirts of Northwich. This role has been created due to business success meaning it’s an exciting time to join a growing business!


Based in their small local office you will be responsible for;

  • Raising sales invoices via Sage 200 and Excel
  • Checking goods in and out
  • Processing invoices once orders have been confirmed
  • Handling enquiries via phone and email
  • Updating spreadsheets – knowledge of excel is essential (ideally v-lookups or pivot tables)
  • Liaising with internal departments


You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise a busy work load, meet deadlines and thrive in a small team environment. Working across Sage and Excel you need excellent attention to detail, be able to manage high volumes of information and be able to pick up new systems with ease. This role would suit someone with a minimum 2 years admin experience keen to join an established business.
