ACCOUNTS PAYABLE – SOUTHPORT – £24K – PERMANENT

My client, a highly successful distribution company based in Southport are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their large Accounts Team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving high volumes of supplier invoices weekly
• Completing a 3-way match
• Keying invoices manually onto the system
• Running reports
• Chasing departments within the business for PO numbers and assigning accordingly
• Reconciling supplier statements against the ledger
