Accounts Office Co-ordinator, Broadheath. £28,000 + DOE

Open to FULL TIME OR PART TIME WORKING HOURS (MIN 25 HOURS P/WK)

Working within a small but high performing, friendly team – you will be responsible for all finance administration alongside general office duties.

Duties Include:

  • Managing purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Ensuring all supplier payments are made within terms
  • Allocating and producing remittances
  • Monitoring supplier credit limits and credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accruals, prepayments, VAT and month end accounts

Aware this role will typically attract Bookkeepers/Accounts Assistants – know our client is OPEN TO ALL BACKGROUNDS. Perhaps you have worked as an Office Manager or Sales Administrator within a Small to Medium sized company, and you’ve had strong exposure to managing company day to day accounts? This role could prove ideal!

*KNOWLEDGE OF SAGE 200 / SAGE LINE 50 will prove a strong advantage*

Alongside the above, there’s also great opportunity within the role to dip into other departments such as DesignSalesHealth & SafetyStock & Warehouse.
