An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join the team within this well-established company based in Runcorn!
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Sales Ledger – Production and posting of sales invoices
- Purchase Ledger – Processing invoices, end to end
- Credit Control – Chasing overdue invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Invoice query resolution
- Processing employee expenses
- Customer Service – Answering the telephone and assisting with any queries
- Assisting with month end duties
- Coordinating BACS payment of outstanding invoices
- Performing all other accounting duties as and when required
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Sales and Purchase ledger and credit control, can use your own initiative, and can work well within a team as well as independently.
