My client is a successful, well established firm who have been running for over 20 years. They are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to be based at their Head Office covering maternity leave.
YOUR NEW ROLE!
Joining their modern, open plan office, you will be responsible for completing daily bank reconciliations, working closely with the Management Accountant to report any discrepancies, collating and posting journal entries, posting transactions to the ledger, updating budget reports, purchase ledger processing, processing payment runs, managing petty cash, managing the company credit card usage and supporting with all round accounts duties.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?
Experience of month-end procedures.
