ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – TEMPORARY – SKELMERSDALE – £25K PER YEAR

Our client, a market leader in their field who have an impressive annual turnover of £36 million are recruiting due to continued expansion and increased workload. They are searching for a Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team, can offer an immediate start and there is the possibility of permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Working in a team of 4, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bookkeeping/cashiering duties for multiple divisions of the business
  • Completing daily cash postings
  • Allocating payments onto the ledger against the correct client account
  • Daily bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
  • Processing inter-company transactions
  • Carrying out debtor and nominal reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
  • Using the Dynamics 365 system

The ideal addition to the team would be someone with a strong Bookkeeping/Accounts background and ideally with experience of allocating and reconciling across multiple bank accounts. They are looking for a hands-on team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage their own workload independently. Modern offices and free parking offered.
