Accounts and Office Administrator, Permanent, £24,000 + Bonus, Nantwich

Forrest Recruitment are working alongside a well-regarded, family run business, who have been established for over 30 years. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Office Administrator to join a team and work alongside their current Accounts Assistant and wider team. Key Responsibilities:

·Manage calls and email enquiries

·Providing administrative support to the Accounts Assistant and the Financial Advisors

·Compiling sale and purchase invoices

·Producing reports on a regular basis using Excel and Pivot tables

·Using the Sage system and other accounts packages

·Keeping accurate records relating to commission and fees

·Maintaining client files and ensuring compliance at all times
