Accommodation Support Worker – Wallasey – Temporary 6 weeks + – IMMEDIATE start available – up to £12 – 13 p/h

 

Forrest Recruitment LTD are seeking to recruit an Accommodation Support Worker to join a well-established company in the Wallasey area. Working between 2-4 days per week.

 

MUST HAVE AN ENHANCHED DBS

 

Role responsibilities include:

 

  • Monitoring and adding to a wait list of people for on-site accommodation.
  • Contacting people to arrange accommodation viewings.
  • Managing showings of accommodation.
  • Completing accommodation-related documentation including contracts.
  • Assisting with online housing applications where required.
  • Assisting residents with utility suppliers if necessary.
  • Working hours are 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm.

 

Experience required:

  • Must have an Enhanced DBS
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
