HR & PAYROLL CO-ORDINATOR, Swinton, £20-£25K D.O.E

YOUR NEW COMPANY

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading engineering company based in the Swinton area. You will be joining a small and personable HR team based in an open plan modern office.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for approximately 120 employees, checking everything is entered correctly and on time, supporting with recruitment and onboarding, sending out offer letters, coordinating interviews, setting up and removing employees from the company benefit scheme, processing attachment of earnings and court orders, assisting with weekly pension uploads and resolving any payroll/ HR queries.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED

To succeed in this role you will have previous HR and payroll experience be confident, a clear communicator, sociable and be able to work to deadlines.
