Over the past 12 months, Scott Baron has made it his mission to invite 12 different friends to complete 12 different physical changes, aiming to raise money for his chosen charities ‘Beating Bowel Cancer’ and ‘Blue Apple Heroes’ which have both helped people close to him.

These 12 challenges varied from a 34 mile walk, head shave/full body wax, 60 mile cycle to taking part in Tough Mudder. You can find more information on the all of the 12 challenges, on Scott’s blog here on https://scottsdirtydozen.wordpress.com/.

With over £7000 raised so far, Scott has also organised social events for fundraising purposes– such as a ‘Race Night’ which took place several weeks ago; where Forrest Recruitment proudly sponsored a table for the guests!
