The Bolton branch of regional recruitment agency Forrest Recruitment Ltd were delighted to attend the recent opening of Bolton Lads and Girls Clubs new Multi Sports Facility on Hacken Lane.

Five years ago Vice Chairman Mike Peers made it his mission to transform the 60 year old sports hut at Hacken Lane to become a modern, state of the art building, offering ground breaking facilities for young people in Bolton. The Hacken Lane Multi Sports facility will not only be of benefit to current football teams, but it will support BLGC in extending their sports offer to include cricket, hockey and rounders whilst giving more young people better facilities and opportunities to become sporting stars.

Bolton Lads and Girls Club are one of the biggest youth centres in the UK and their motto is ‘to make a real lasting difference to the lives of young people’.

Forrest Recruitment Limited are proud patrons of the club and are pleased to be able to support a charity that does such great work. Following Branch Manager Adele Kilty and Recruitment Consultant April Davies visit to the opening both were keen to continue support the club and decided to purchase a pitch side banner to help with sponsorship, the banner will shortly appear pitch side which we can’t wait to see it!
