Job Description – Working closely with and reporting into the Finance Manager your main responsibilities will include; processing customer payments via BACS and cheques onto the Sage system, reconciling bank statements, reporting any issues, chasing outstanding payments, maintaining the companies accounts using Sage, transferring sales and journal activities from the in-house system to Sage, managing PayPal payments, filing invoices and bank statements, running daily reports, processing supplier payments, month-end accounts, booking stock from goods received, processing invoices on Sage and matching to goods-in receipts, checking stock lists / stock levels and providing all round accounts support to the Finance Manager.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? • AAT Level 4 • Proficient user of Sage Line 50, Microsoft Access and Excel • Steady career history • GCSE Maths – A • Stock control experience beneficial • Excellent grammar and punctuation
