My client are a well-established charitable organisation who are recruiting for a permanent Receptionist, Administrator and 2 Client Account Managers to join the team.
Core duties of the different roles will involve;
• Answering inbound phone calls from a variety of clients, helping them to resolve queries professionally.
• To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of visitors.
• Inputting high volumes of data onto the in house system and updating the data regularly.
• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments to provide updates on customer accounts.
•Continuously reviewing performance of your clients.
