Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen within this exclusive interior e-commerce business who specialise in home textiles and decoration which is a very luxury end of the market.  As they are now re-launching online to meet shopping expectations that are looking for an experienced customer service executive to join their small and friendly team in their characterful surroundings.

Duties will include: –

  • Handling all incoming phone and email correspondence
  • Processing customer orders as and when required
  • Creating a personal experience for each customer to ensure they feel valued
  • Troubleshoot any customer issues regarding orders, updating them at every step
  • Take ownership of any escalated issues regarding delivery or collections, working with the customer and the logistics team to resolve
  • Understand the brand and products to ensure high quality assistance for pre-sale enquiries
  • Provide samples and assist customers with interior advice and product selection
  • Represent the brand, you’ll always provide an engaging, positive, vibrant, and amazing customer experience
  • Keep customers informed of delivery updates, any delays or stock issues
  • Support customers with excellent aftercare whilst working closely with the operations team and follow up on outstanding order and shipping updates

This role would suit a warm, friendly, and focussed individual who can provide an efficient service throughout the customer journey.  You will have an excellent telephone manner together with excellent written communication skills to respond to emails effectively and accurately. You will have an interest in home furnishings and decoration, evident customer service experience along with good organisational skills, able to work under pressure, proficient in Microsoft office and familiar with a Mac and Apple devices
