Crewe Branch charity donation
As a company, we have been giving our chosen Charities £500, this year one of Crewe’s chosen charities was Tree of Hope, Zac’s Miracle.
Zac is a 9 year old boy from Whitchurch, Shropshire and is the cousin of Emma, our Senior Branch Administrator.
He has cerebral palsy, this means Zac’s hips, knees and ankles are stiff and walking is a daily struggle for him. He attends a mainstream school and uses a walking frame on a daily basis to walk around.
Zac has now been given the opportunity to have a life changing operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR), an operation used to improve spasticity.
This operation is not available on the NHS which means his family are trying to raise £40,000 to make his dream of walking come true!
