Forrest can find the right candidates for your vacancy When we take the details of your vacancy, whether permanent or temporary, we discuss it in depth with you. We take time to understand exactly the type of person you’re looking for, the duties they’ll be involved in, and what you expect them to achieve. We even like to get a feeling for your office environment so we can match personalities to your company or department.

We advertise every week in the local press and on the internet so that when you need us we already have a suitable candidate for you. If we don’t already have a suitable candidate on our books (and if necessary we will search the records of all our branches) we will advertise the position in the most appropriate media – including of course, our website.

We interview all candidates in depth. We research their careers to date. We test their skills to confirm they can do what they say they can. We’ll consider how they match your specification, how they will fit in and what they will bring to your business. We’ll check any references they provide. Then, if we believe they’re the right person for the position, we will send you a detailed report on our findings and opinions. We never just forward on a few CVs.

If we are supplying a temp we take up our own references.
