The role of a Recruitment Consultant is varied and no 2 days are the same! The core responsibilities of the role will include;
๐Making outbound calls to clients and candidates
๐Meeting with clients / attending sales visits
๐Screening and vetting candidates CV’s / Applications, matching them to the most suitable positions
๐คSetting up interviews
โDiscussing client requirements
๐Creating job adverts, publishing them across various platforms
