Summer is now over and we have a great opportunity for you to gain some valuable office based experience.

Here at Forrest Recruitment Warrington we are looking for college leavers looking to kick start their career within a trainee administration position working for a well-established organisation.

Core duties of the role will involve;

• Answering inbound phone calls from a variety of clients, helping them to resolve queries professionally.

• To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of visitors.

• Inputting high volumes of data onto the in house system and updating the data regularly.

• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments to provide updates on customer accounts.

• Performing all other administrative duties as and when required.
