Our client who develops technology used within the healthcare industry and provides services to 2+ million people, are seeking a Business Support Officer to join their vibrant team based in Wilmslow.

Providing key support to the business you will:

  • Deliver a knowledgeable and high quality response to all types of customer enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team to assist income collection and debt recovery.
  • Support continuous improvement and development of back-office processes and systems to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Deliver excellent quality customer service and business support activities to customers and colleagues to meet organisational and operational objectives.
  • Complete sales orders in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Arrange meetings, book accommodation and travel as required.
  • Keep databases accurately updated on CRM
