Seeking all Payroll professionals!
This leading, successful and well established company are looking to recruit a PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR / SUPERVISOR. To join their offices in Haydock. Salary is £19k+ DOE.
Main duties will include;
- Completing weekly and monthly payroll. Some salaried, rest are timesheets and commission
- In total there are 180 staff then there are weekly paid staff from other parts of the Group
- The role will be approximately 80% payroll and 20% assisting the finance department with other tasks
- Processing P11d’s, expenses, P45’s, P60’s SMP, SSP etc.
- Receiving payroll figures from managers, inputting onto IRIS software, chasing missing information, checking bonuses, overtime and commission and gaining authorisation for the total amounts
- Calculating net pay
- Sending payslips via email
- Completing PAYE
- Inputting net pay journals on to Sage (training can be given)
- BACS payment runs
- Handling payroll queries
- Working in the finance team of approximately 9 but you will have your own office within the accounts department due to payroll being private and confidential
