SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST/PA – WILMSLOW CENTRAL – PERMANENT – CIRCA £25,000
Our client is a long standing, close nit, property sales company based in the heart of Wilmslow. They are due to create a brand-new venture using the power of social media. The client is creating an online portal to boost sales of residential houses to investors and with this in the pipeline they require a ‘go-to’ Social Media Strategist to take hold of their brand and champion the organisation.
Role Purpose:
The role will be to champion the company brand on social media, managing and developing a consistent and coherent presence and image. You will become the face and voice of this organisation and so should be confident, articulate and straight-talking with both written and verbal communication. Energy and optimism are key! As a new brand, we your objectives will be to get us noticed, create engagement, start/nurture conversations, grow our reach and increase their following. Ultimately, they want investors to be inspired to find out more about the brand and share them with their friends and colleagues.
Duties will include:
- Implement a robust social media plan
- Advise on social media trends and best practice
- Contribute your own ideas and creativity in the development of the social marketing strategy
- Use analytics and own knowledge of the different content types of users consume on different social platforms to inform your work.
- Produce high-quality, attention-grabbing, visually appealing content (text, images, videos, etc.)
- Promoting products – features, benefits and unique selling points
- Monitor and report on engagement and interactions
- Look for opportunities in trending and popular culture to create reactive content
- Conduct regular research and report on industry influencers and competitors’ strategies
- Providing administrative support to the company Directors, acting as a PA as and when required
The Candidate will be:
- Able to work on several projects simultaneously, effectively prioritising and managing time
- A fantastic team player with a hands-on work ethic and approach to tasks
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and technical ability
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative and idea driven, someone who is always thinking ahead
- Passion for communications and interaction with online audiences
- Engaging writing style
- Experience of interpreting data and analytics to generate reports
- Ability to work on own initiative
