Meet Lisa – Branch Manager, Liverpool Office

Lisa has been an integral part of Forrest Recruitment since 2011. She began her journey with us as a Recruitment Consultant in our Warrington branch and, through her hard work and dedication, has progressed to become the Branch Manager of our Liverpool office.

Lisa oversees both our temporary and permanent desks, recruiting for a wide range of commercial roles including Administrators, Customer Service Advisors, Receptionists, PA/EAs, Office Managers, HR professionals, and Finance staff. Her industry knowledge and passion for finding the perfect fit make her a valued partner to both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Lisa is kept on her toes by her energetic three-year-old son. When she does get a moment to herself, she enjoys a well-earned glass of wine and is known for her infectious laugh — often compared to the sound of a hyena!

Meet Emma – Recruitment Consultant, Liverpool Office

Emma joined Forrest Recruitment in 2023, bringing with her over eight years of valuable experience in commercial recruitment, with a particular focus on temporary and interim roles. She specialises in sourcing top talent for a wide range of office-based positions across Liverpool, Wirral, Chester, and the surrounding areas.

Known for her dedication and friendly approach, Emma is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Fun fact: Emma is such a regular at Greggs, we’re pretty sure she’s earned honorary shares! Outside of work, you’ll usually find her out and about, enjoying weekends with her friends and family and making the most of her social time.

Meet Ella – Recruitment Consultant, Liverpool Office

Ella joined our Liverpool team in 2024 and has quickly become a key part of the branch. Her main focus is on permanent recruitment, placing high-quality office-based and finance professionals across Liverpool, Wirral, Chester, and the surrounding areas.

Before stepping into the world of recruitment, Ella gained over three years of valuable sales and customer service experience in a different industry — a background that’s helped her build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Ella’s big personality, infectious energy, and genuine enthusiasm light up our office. She’s already made a real impact, successfully placing a number of candidates into their dream roles.

Outside of work, Ella is a passionate home cook who prepares all her meals from scratch (yes, she really doesn’t own a microwave!). She also enjoys bike rides  and spending quality time with her partner, Louie.
